An update from site: Coniston Road (February 2022)

At Coniston Road in Kings Langley, we are building 10 houses for affordable rent, for Dacorum Borough Council. 

These houses are a mixture of two- and three-bedroom affordable homes.

Project Manager Tony Jobson provides us with our latest update from site. “There has been a lot of work in recent weeks at Coniston Road as we are getting the houses ready for internal fixtures and fittings.

Kitchens are starting to be installed, along with bathroom fittings across the 10 homes. Externally, work has begun to landscape the sunken gardens – preparing small stairs leading down from the patio area to their garden space.”
