Andy Ziadi at the CIOB Awards 2024

On Tuesday, 9th April, Andy Ziadi represented Bugler Developments as a finalist for Construction Manager of the Year at the CIOB Awards 2024.

Andy was nominated in the High Rise Accommodation category for his management of our Central Parade scheme of 58 apartments, which we completed in 2022 for A2 Dominion in Perivale, London Borough of Ealing; and this occasion also marked our first entry as a business into the CIOB Awards.

Andy reached the final following a rigorous interview stage where he emphasised the quality of the build, the importance of just-in-time delivery, the tight site parameters including negotiating a high-traffic BP garage adjacent to the site in addition to the A40 with an extremely busy slip road, and solving the challenges of delivering the project through the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Construction Director, Ben Ephgrave said, “The whole Bugler Developments team is proud of Andy for reaching the final, after impressing the judging panel with his presentation and quality of the scheme.

Andy successfully delivered the Central Parade project with an exceptional standard of work and the end result is a development which we can all be proud of. Well done Andy and congratulations again.
