Mayor of Lewisham Damien Egan visits Wellington Close

On 15th February 2023 we welcomed the Mayor of Lewisham, Damien Egan, and representatives from Lewisham Council and Somerville TRA for a tour of our newly built affordable homes.

Wellington Close consists of 20 apartments and three houses for affordable rent, and forms part of Lewisham Council’s #BuildingForLewisham programme.

Attendees were provided with a tour of the homes, from Wellington Close Contracts Manager Kevin McGrath, and Construction Director Ben Ephgrave.

Speaking after the event, Ben Ephgrave said, “It was good to welcome Mayor Damien Egan and those from Lewisham Council and Somerville TRA to Wellington Close. We are pleased to be delivering new, high quality affordable homes for the Council. I am sure all who move in will enjoy many happy years in their new homes”.
