National Hard Hat Recycling Scheme

The Bugler Developments Team have now become members of the National Hard Hat Recycling Scheme.

As a member, we can send our hard hats directly into a dedicated hard hat recycling facility where they will be recycled, with all of the plastic being fully recovered and made back into “new” plastic pellets. 

These pellets are then returned to UK manufacturing as a raw material. In this way, all hard hats are fully recycled right here in the UK.

David Culliton, Pre-Construction Director says, “As an ISO 14001 certified company, this is an important step in ensuring that our used hard hats will be recycled. It is good to know that through this scheme, we are diverting waste from landfill and providing recycled raw material for UK manufacturing.”
