Positive planning decision secured for Chiltern Works

Bugler Homes is delighted to have secured a positive planning decision for Chiltern Works, Berrylands, Royal Borough of Kingston-upon-Thames.

The new scheme will regenerate a brownfield industrial site by bringing forwards 43 residential apartments, new flexible commercial floorspace and the refurbishment of an existing commercial building.

Kieran Bugler states: “The new scheme will provide much needed new homes in the borough coupled with new employment space to compliment the existing Berrylands community. We are really looking forward to starting this exciting project”.
