Second Bugler Group Golf Day raises vital funds for the London Irish Centre
On Friday, 21st October, Bugler Group hosted our second annual golf day, this year in aid of the London Irish Centre.
In addition to a great day’s golf at West Herts Golf Club, the evening charity auction, raffle and proceeds from the day saw over £13,700 raised for the Centre.
The London Irish Centre (LIC) empowers and enriches lives through both community and culture. The LIC was established in 1954 and has over time grown in its scope, offering activities and services across a wide range of areas integral to communities close to their Camden home.
After a great day’s golf, the evening saw attendees hear from Séamus MacCormaic, CEO at the London Irish Centre talk through the work the Golf Day will help fund. This was followed by a charity raffle and auction.
Andy Bugler, Bugler Group CEO said, “The team is delighted to support the London Irish Centre. We hope the funds will have a positive impact for all involved with the Centre’s activities. A big thanks also to all who have supported our second Golf Day so generously”.
Séamus MacCormaic, London Irish Centre CEO said, “We are extremely grateful to the Bugler Group for choosing the London Irish Centre (LIC) to be the chosen charity at its second charity golf day. The very generous proceeds will help us to feed and keep warm those in need at this difficult time, amongst the other cultural and educational programmes we curate. It also demonstrates the longstanding relationship between the Bugler Family and the LIC.’”.
Finally, we would like to say a big thank you to all who supported the event, and congratulations once again to all of those who took home trophies:
