Bugler Homes Project Update (February 2026)

The Bugler Homes Team is pleased to provide an update on three projects across Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and London.

Bush Road, Surrey Quays, London Borough of Southwark

Bugler Homes is delighted to gain committee approval for 106 student beds and a commercial unit at Bush Road, Surrey Quays, LB Southwark (Header image).

Holly Tree Farm, Great Kimble, Buckinghamshire

Bugler Homes has gained planning consent for seven houses and commercial space at Holly Tree Farm in Great Kimble (Pictured above).

Kieran Bugler, Bugler Homes CEO, outlines, “The scheme is beautifully designed, delivering a range of bespoke family homes in a lovely village”. The scheme was designed by On Architecture, working with ROK Planning and DHA Transport.

Stevenage Road, Hitchin, North Hertfordshire

Bugler Homes is pleased to have submitted a planning application for 50 houses off Stevenage Road in Hitchin (Pictured above).

The landscape-led design will deliver 50% affordable housing, significant new planting, sustainable drainage features and enhancements to the natural environment.

The scheme was designed by On Architecture, working with ROK Planning, DHA Transport and Match Landscape Architects.
