Completion at Halsey House

Bugler Developments are pleased to announce the completion of 39 apartments for affordable rent and shared ownership at Halsey House. The thoughtfully designed mix of one and two bed apartments are a fine example of new homes built to enable contemporary living in the heart of Watford.  Built for Hightown Housing Association, with Employers Agent BPM Project Management, Halsey House has now been handed over to the client and residents are already moving in.
