Third Bugler Group Charity Golf Day raises vital funds for Mates In Mind
In November, we held our third Bugler Group Charity Golf Day at West Herts Golf Club, in aid of Mates In Mind.
The event raised vital funds which will have a positive impact on the important work of Mates In Mind, a leading UK charity raising awareness and addressing the stigma of poor mental health, focusing on construction.
Sarah Meek, Managing Director at Mates In Mind said, “We are extremely grateful to Bugler Group and everyone that took part for their kind support of Mates in Mind charity. We were overwhelmed by the amount raised at this golf event and thank everyone that donated and gave such wonderful prizes for the auction and raffle. This fundraising enables us to reach even more people through our charitable work to raise awareness of mental health and the importance of a preventative, proactive approach. I shared with Chris’ family, the impact that his story had on those that attended, and they too were pleased to know that the importance of looking out for work related stress in the workplace was raised. Thank you again to everyone.”
Andy Bugler, CEO at Bugler Group said, “All at Bugler Group are delighted that our third charity golf day has raised a great total which will help Mates In Mind deliver their important work supporting mental health across our industry. Thank you to Sarah Meek, who shared a very powerful story with the room, and thank you to all of our attendees who once again have fundraised so generously for an important cause.”
On behalf of all of us at Bugler, we would like to say a huge thank you to our attendees for supporting the Charity Golf Day.
