An update from site: Beech Tree Place (November 2024)

In early November, the Bugler Developments team at Beech Tree Place in Sutton were very pleased to welcome local MP Luke Taylor along with ward councillors Qasim Esak, Christopher Woolmer and Councillor Jake Short, Lead Member for Housing.  

Attendees were taken on a tour of the site, where we are building 92 affordable homes for the Local Authority and were able to ask questions on the progress of construction, details of the buildings and the heating and energy strategy. From a viewing point in Block A, the whole site was visible providing a birds-eye view of the development.
