An update from site: Windsor Close (January 2024)

In January we visited Windsor Close for an update from the Bugler Developments Team on site in Hertsmere.

Here we are building 43 new homes for Clarion Housing Group, and Senior Site Manager Miles Hornsby provides us with the latest.

Miles said, “Across the six blocks of homes, there is plenty currently happening on site.

Blocks D, E and F are the most advanced, with the scaffold now struck, electrics and water connected and finishing works commenced in addition to pre-decoration in readiness for decoration in the coming weeks.

Block C parapet brickwork is complete, and the main roofs are close to waterproof. First fix has commenced, along with stair installation underway.

Block A parapet brickwork is almost complete, and windows are installed. Finally, on Block B, both waterproofing and window installation is underway.”
