An update from site: Family Welcome Centre

In February, we welcomed members from the London Borough of Havering to the Family Welcome Centre, our site in Romford which we are delivering for the borough.

Councillor Paul McGeary – Cabinet Member for Housing and Property and Veronika Lebedeva were provided with an update on recent progress, before walking the site and taking time to view the bespoke hoarding which was created in collaboration between the council and Bugler Developments.

At the Family Welcome Centre, we are building new accommodation consisting of 74 self-contained dwellings with play space and landscaped areas, in Romford. The RC frame work is advancing smoothly, with the completion of the level two slab and work underway on the stairs and columns to levels two and three.

Ben Ephgrave, Bugler Developments Construction Director, said, “On behalf of the Family Welcome Centre team, it was good to welcome members of the London Borough of Havering to our site in Romford. We are looking forward to delivering these 74 new homes for the borough, and anticipate much progress on site in 2025.”
