An update from site: Croxley View (January 2022)
On 20th January 2022, the Bugler Developments Team at Croxley View were pleased to welcome representatives from the leadership team at Watford Community Housing, our client.
The team were talked through latest progress on site, a technical and planning update, and sustainable measures incorporated in this scheme. The development will see the creation of 86 new homes across a range of tenures on behalf of Hart Homes, the joint venture between Watford Community Housing and Watford Borough Council.
Mitchell Cooper, Senior Site Manager provides a summary of site activities. Mitchell said “At Croxley View we have commenced striking scaffold to Blocks 1 and 2.
Internally we are progressing well, where plastering has started and 2nd fix trades following on in the next few days.
On Block 3, we are installing the solar panels to the roof and internally we have started first fixing.
Finally, on Block 4 the brickwork is up to the fourth floor and screed and window install is complete up to and including the first floor.”
The team from Watford Community Housing were then taken in two groups around the site for a walk around, before returning for final questions and discussion. We thank the team for joining us.
