An update from site: Brent Terrace
This update from site comes from Brent Terrace in Cricklewood, where we have started work to build 47 homes for our client, London & Quadrant (L&Q).
These homes will be a mixture of affordable rent, and shared ownership.
Our latest update comes from Keith Franklin, Project Manager at Brent Terrace.
“Work has started well at Brent Terrace, where we have completed levelling the site and have commenced groundworks.
We have already finished piling work across the site, and will begin pouring concrete into the foundations from 4th February.
This is important work which will allow us to get ready for the next stage of the build, including bricklaying.”
