Celebrating completion at Broadfields
Bugler Developments alongside our client Barnet Homes, were delighted to celebrate the completion and handover of new homes on the Broadfields Estate on 10th April 2025.
The finished development comprises twenty eight high quality homes, split between two thoughtfully designed buildings—one three-storey and one four-storey—which integrate seamlessly with the existing estate.
The scheme includes a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom and wheelchair adapted homes. Further enhancements as part of the project were made to public spaces, such as expanded pedestrian pathways, new areas for play and refurbished facilities.
Additional features of the development include thirty one parking spaces, three with accessibility design and electric vehicle charging, forty nine secured cycle storage spaces and a unified communal refuse collection.
We are looking forward to a formal completion ceremony which is being planned for the coming months.
